CANCELLATION POLICY

We operate a 24-hour notice cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your lesson, please give us a full 24 hours notice or the full lesson price is payable.

If you need to cancel a lesson, you must do this by contacting the office either via phone or email. As above, we have a strict 24 hours notice cancellation policy. If you cancel your lesson, with less than 24 hours notice, you will not receive a credit or a refund.

Any lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, will be given back to you as a credit. This credited amount can be used towards any future lessons/events at Sandridgebury Riding School.
