Introducing Sandridgebury Pony Camps!
Sandridgebury Riding School Pony Camps are an all-encompassing equine experience for riders of all ages and abilities.
Camp weeks run across four half days, Tuesday to Friday and riders can book all four days or individual days. There is no requirement to attend every day.
The morning sessions, 9-12.30pm, are for our younger riders between the ages of 5-10 years old and the afternoon sessions, 1.30-5pm, are for our 11 years + riders.
Each session is three and a half hours long and consists of all manner of daily horse care and stable management tasks and an hour’s ride. A wonderful all-round learning experience, enabling riders to learn about other aspects of equine life.
Each session will have a different theme and riders will receive a certificate of completion at the end of their session.
These sessions are suitable for complete beginners and are well supported by our very experienced and trained staff.
Your rider will need to wear suitable yard clothing, long comfortable trousers and a t-shirt as a minimum, a riding hat up to current standards, suitable footwear, boots with a small heel, and gloves, in all weathers, are recommended.
Warm, waterproof outdoor clothing is also required as all our activities are outside.
Riders should also bring a drink and a snack with them.
To book, please go through lesson bookings and into the calendar. Our camps are running across the following days;
